thanks for your ‘Fairy tale plot generator’. based on it I created a tale to teach English ‘greens’ names to my Italian nursery kids. as you can guess, I told them the tale mostly in Italian, but I made an English version to post here.
Long ago there was a kingdom named Nogreenia, ruled by King Golbeef. The beautiful queen
Choppidale was sad. The king and queen couldn’t have a kid because she didn’t have enough
VEGETABLES & FRUIT to eat. So they consulted a mean witch named Poisonous Kiwi.
The wish of the king and the queen got granted. But, in return of the boon, they had to make a
road to the sun.
After a couple of years, the queen gave birth to a beautiful prince, and they named him Smarceler.
The king and the queen were very happy with their child and forgot all about the condition to be
fulfilled in return. They invited everyone for a huge feast at the Royal Garden, the only place in
the kingdom that was rich in oranges, lemons, broccoli, pumpkin and fennel. But little did they
know that the evil Poisonous Kiwi would also be there. Because the king and queen did not fulfill
the promised condition, the baby was cursed to turn into a pig. As soon as the curse was uttered,
the king and queen fainted to the ground. And the entire kingdom turned into a forest scattered
with potato sprouts. Looking at the misfortune, the subjects begged for mercy, and the indignant
lady uttered: after 18 years this spell will be broken only when a princess comes here
and kisses the pig-prince.
A long time passed, but no one visited the kingdom. The subjects of the kingdom waited eagerly for
someone to come and break the spell. One day, a brave princess named Pepper visited their kingdom
while chasing down a lion. She only chased animals for sport, she befriended them then let them
free, as she only ate VEGETABLES & FRUIT: carrots, artichokes, celery, cauliflower, onion,
grapefruit and tangerines. But the lion was a friend of prince Samrceler and led Pepper to his
tower prison. There the lion told her: please kiss my friend’s piggy face and I’ll let you capture
me. Princess Pepper was taken by surprise but she said: I won’t capture you, but will kiss your
friend if you show me were I can find VEGETABLES & FRUIT, I feel like eating cauliflower and kiwi.
The lion sadly said: there is hardly any of that around here. With a presentiment, Pepper said: oh
well, I’ll kiss him, then we’ll see what we can do. Smarceler turned to a handsome young prince
again and immediately fell in love with Princess Pepper. Soon after declaring, he said: let’s
first wake up the King and Queen, then make the whole kingdom full of fields of VEGETABLES &
FRUIT, so everybody will have a chance to eat plenty and be always healthy.

was sad. The king and queen couldn’t have a kid because they were old.
So they consult a mean occultist
named Chinguli Chana.
The wish of the king and the queen is granted. But, in return of the boon, they have to eat 1000 kgs of pepper.
After a couple of years, the queen gives birth to a beautiful princess.
They name their child Amboda.
The king and the queen are very happy with their child and forget all about the condition to be fulfilled in return. They invite everyone for a huge feast at the royal amphitheatre.
But little do they know that the evil Chinguli chana would also be there.
Because the king and the queen do not fulfill the promised condition, the baby is cursed to wilt as a plant in a deep dark jungle.
As soon as the curse is uttered, the king and queen faint to the ground. And the entire kingdom turns into a forest.
Looking at the misfortune, the subjects beg for mercy, and the indignant lady utters, after 100 yrs this spell will be broken only when a prince comes here
and kisses the princess of the kingdom.
A long time passes, but no one visits the kingdom. The subjects of the kingdom wait eagerly for somone to come and break the spell. One day, a brave prince named Privochuvo
visits their kingdom while chasing a peacock.
